SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times:

Within Canada:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-4 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days

United States:

  • Standard Shipping: 7-10 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 4-6 business days

International Shipping:

  • Delivery times vary by destination (10-21 business days)
  • Customs processing may cause additional delays

Shipping Costs: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping method. Free standard shipping is available on orders over $75 within Canada.

Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package through the carrier's website.

Shipping Address: All orders ship from our facility at 9675 Avenue De Lorimier, Montreal, QC, Canada. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate - we cannot be responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

International Orders:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country
  • These fees are not included in our product or shipping prices and are determined by your local customs office
  • Delivery times may be affected by customs processing

Damaged or Lost Shipments: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@mlency.com within 48 hours with photos. For lost shipments, please contact us after the estimated delivery window has passed and we'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
